In Practice
2026 Supply Chain Gals Case Competition
Competing against graduate-level teams from across the country, Madeline led Group 5 to first place in the Supply Chain Gals 2026 Case Competition, a rigorous, multi-round competition judged by senior supply chain executives from Glossier, PepsiCo, Microsoft, Home Depot, and Mitsubishi Power.
The team was tasked with diagnosing and solving a full-scale supply chain crisis for a fictional prestige beauty brand, simultaneously managing a natural disaster disruption, a viral brand crisis, and a major retail penalty clause, with $65M to $77M in financial exposure at stake. Their response plan identified $57.1M in annual value creation and a $24.4M one-time cash release through supply chain optimization, demand sensing implementation, SKU rationalization, and trade compliance strategy.
This is the kind of thinking Everchain Solutions brings to every engagement.
