About Everchain Solutions
Who We Are
Everchain Solutions is a supply chain optimization consultancy built for companies that need their supply chains to actually hold up, not just look good on paper. We specialize in finding where cost, risk, and impact are hiding across the full chain and building practical plans to address all three at once. We work with manufacturers, importers, and distributors who are serious about operational performance and serious about doing it right.
What Makes Us Different
Most supply chain consultants optimize for efficiency and treat ethics as a finishing layer. We build them in together from the start, because a supply chain that performs well but collapses under a regulatory inquiry or a forced labor allegation was not actually optimized.
The combination of agricultural systems knowledge, supply chain operations, and operational experience means Everchain evaluates risk at every tier, not just the ones other consultants can see. That is not a coincidence of credentials. It is the reason we can follow a product from the soil it came from and find the risks at every point in between.
We track Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions across the full value chain, so sustainability claims in our work are backed by actual data. Every engagement starts with deep operational mapping and ESG tracking to find where value is being lost, then builds a plan around your specific operation to get it back. We do not hand you a template. We do not hand you a slide deck and disappear.

Madeline Creasman
MBA, CSCMP, CCS, LSSGB - Founder and Principal Consultant
Madeline Creasman, MBA, CSCMP, CCS, founded Everchain Solutions because she kept seeing the same problem: companies treating supply chain performance and supply chain ethics as two separate conversations, when they are actually the same one.
Her background is an unusual combination on purpose. A degree in Agricultural Education and Communication from the University of Florida gave her a ground-level understanding of how raw material systems actually work. An MBA in Supply Chain Management from the University of Memphis and credentials in trade compliance built the operational and regulatory layer on top of that. The result is a consultancy that can follow a product from the soil it came from to the customs entry that cleared it, and find the risks at every point in between.
Everchain is based in Savannah, Georgia, positioned at one of the largest container ports in the country, which is not an accident.
